Even though she is in amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, she still draws her inspiration from the beautiful natural environment that surrounded her while growing up in rural England.
Her work is strongly influenced by nature and family and she makes regular trips back home to the Dorset countryside, a constant source of ideas and creativity for her.
She has been hand-making her wooden wares for 5 years with her collections growing from her original signature wooden birds, to now include ranges of decorative wooden flowers and a host of other wooden creations!
All of her pieces are made with a strong focus on craftsmanship and quality with the utmost attention to detail and care taken in making each and every one.
She uses a variety of different woods, from sustainable birch plywood to beautiful hardwoods like oak and beech, each piece is then delicately hand-painted and packaged.
All laser-cut pieces are cut in London using small, independent businesses and wood is sourced, sustainably wherever possible, through a local family run firm.
